  • The RERA number on several pages is RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/938/670/2025/41/SS(1)/1.

  • Haryana RERA lists the project as "WAL SERENIA 92 (VERDE 92)", at Village Dhorka, Sector 92.

  • One sheet says the certificate is outdated 1 May 2025, and was changed by a revised one dated 10 August 2026.

Because the RERA name varies from the sales name, match the number on the Haryana RERA site previously you pay.

Possession Window

  • March 2029 on one portal

  • Q4 2029 to Q2 2030 on another page

The two dates are about a year apart. Ask for the date in the agreement, along with the penalty for delay.
